Assistant Admin Manager (Art Education Project) (Contract)

You are responsible for:

  • Assisting manager in running school art education projects
  • Liaison with schools and providing supports to teachers
  • Recording project curriculum and project information data
  • Assist in carrying out publicity
  • Assist in coordinating annual performance

You should:

  • Possess a recognised am associate Degree or a higher Diploma or equivalent
  • Permanent resident of HKSAR
  • Preferably art administration skills and experienced in performing art education and experienced in accounting
  • Have excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Have excellent computer skills as well as English and Chinese input
  • Be highly-organised, detail-oriented, and be able to work independently and cooperatively with others in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible work time (including weekends and public holiday)

Audience can apply for full refund of ticket value.

Audiences who wish to refund please return the completed refund form with the original intact ticket(s) with stubs and/or full confirmation email records (only applicable to Art-mate and Timable buyers) by post on or before 15 Novemb.er 2017 to our address (Please specify ‘Twin Cities Chronicles Refund Application’), Applicant will receive a phone confirmation, late application will not be accepted.

The above programme was rescheduled to 20 November 2016 (Sun) at 8pm due to the injury of an actress. Ticket-holders who were unable to attend the replacement programme, please bring along the original intact tickets (with stubs) for cash refund at the following locations during the period specified below:

Performance arrangement of Nunsensations by Theatre Space on 20 November

• matinee show at 3pm on 20 Nov will commence as scheduled
• an additional replacement performance has been arranged at 8pm
• to facilitate the participation of injured actress in the performance, special arrangement will be designed by the director.

Due to injury of an actress, the performance scheduled on 19 November 2016 (Sat) at 8:00pm at Cultural Activities Hall, Tuen Mun Town Hall has been cancelled. A replacement performance is now arranged on 20 November 2016 (Sun), 8:00pm at Cultural Activities Hall, Tuen Mun Town Hall. Patrons will be admitted by presenting the original tickets of 19 Nov.

For patrons who could not attend the replacement performance, please keep the ticket intact for arranging refund. Detailed refund arrangement to be announced. Please look out for the notice issued in this website for the latest information and details.

To complement the three-year anniversary of the “Bruce Lee:Kung Fu‧Art‧Life” Exhibition and in memory of Bruce Lee, the international martial arts superstar who passed away 43 years ago, Hong Kong Heritage Museum has organised the Sai Fung 1959 – Exhibition x Drama Multi-arts Programme Series. With the exhibition content as the base, Bruce Lee’s teenage life in Hong Kong will be portrayed in theatre. The programme series consists of 20 sessions of Sai Fung 1959 musical performances staged in the museum theatre, presented in an hour-long musical about the day before Bruce Lee’s departure to America. The programme series includes 14 site-specific performances in the exhibition gallery and one sharing session hosted by Mr. Stephen Au, the playwright of the original musical.
